LOGAN M. CHANDLER, PARTNER
Logan Chandler, a co-founder of The Strategic Offsites Group,® leads our long-term strategy development practice. He has extensive experience in designing and facilitating strategy offsites for senior executive teams and boards in a diverse range of industries, including financial services, technology, food service, and professional services and manufacturing. His areas of expertise include strategy formulation and execution, strategic alignment and growth best practices. His experience also extends internationally, having led engagements with clients in Mexico, the United Kingdom, South Africa and China. He is co-author of Off-Sites That Work in the June 2006 issue of the Harvard Business Review. Logan established a consulting firm, which focused on a broad range
of issues from assessing product strategy to analyzing acquisition candidates
for strategic fit. He was an associate at Gemini Consulting's strategy
practice. Logan was a co-founder and chief marketing officer of Wordwave, the largest captioning, videographic and stenographic company in the world. In that capacity, Logan created a nationwide service offering and branding strategy that established the company as the market leader in a highly fragmented industry and grew revenues from zero to $83 million in three years. He also played a central role in the acquisition and integration of eighteen companies into a unified, strategically aligned organization and managed the successful turnaround of two divisions. Before attending business school, Logan practiced law for several years on Wall Street with the firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and finance. Logan earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Northwestern University School of Law, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he taught Business Strategy.
